"The dealership was able to service my 5 month old vehicle, at short notice, after the check engine light came on. The problem was diagnosed and resolved (a battery / software issue) within a couple of hours and a newly cleaned vehicle was returned to me. The wait in customer lounge was comfortable. One possible negative could have been that a loaner vehicle not available at such short notice, but this was not an inconvenience for me given the short wait time."

Despite not having an appointment, Jonathan and his team got me in and fixed it. Jonathan was professional, compassionate and attentive. He made me feel like a valued customer. "Anthony Cartisano was great to work with But me as a customer I’m very disappointed with the Merceds product Sensor don’t work when it rains hate to see what going to happen when it snows or if an accident occurs and sensor are not activated ! Air bag light comes on randomly when someone is sitting on passenger seat I’m told that light should come on all the time - Well only comes on when it feels like it My vehicle has been at Merceds of Fairfield several times for these issues and can not seem to get it right. Service manager Matthew Pikul had told me to call or email him directly when I had an issue I have done so, and he never returns my calls or emails. I’m very disgusted and disappointed with the Merceds product !"
