"Carisma is a great carwash, the bad reviews are based upon the customers who cannot follow basic instructions being guided in to the wash, or are rude to the employees that are working. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! As far as maintenance is concerned, the carwash is like any other business and it works daily to correct kinks in the system. From personal experience, classic carwash down the street offers over priced car washes. The attendants are creepy towards women. They do a terrible job drying the vehicles and it's absolutely not worth any of the money. If you're looking for a great carwash that is family owned, then Carisma is the place for you! Employees aside, everyone has their off days, as do the customers that enter the carwash. Please do not make a decision based off of bad reviews. Every company has their flaws. Remember that folks! Carisma is where it is at!!!"

"Great place, good workers, good attitude. Guy who checked me in was kind and attentive to cleaning. Towel dryer was a younger kid who did an outstanding job. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good wash for your money. A good tip is well deserved for them."

"The front end person who took my order was so rude, I left in tears. I have always liked the people who dry the cars. They are hardworking and personable. However, the front end service person was so awful I will not be returning."

"Worst car wash on the shoreline. There’s something horribly wrong with the staff person who directs you into the car wash. He is rude, disrespectful and a downright mean person. It’s too bad, because Carisma used to be a nice place for locals to go but between this awful employee and the lack of updating to the facility, things have really gone way downhill. Stay away from this place - there is a way better choice just down the road at Classic Carriage Auto Wash."
