"As an event planner we have worked with pretty much every limo/transportation company in all of NY CT MA and NJ. MTC was wonderful last week when we used their services: 2 coach buses, 1 smaller bus, a van and two sedans. We are always on top of transportation checking in with passengers and hotels to make sure they have arrived on time and are departing on time, always getting calls with drivers unsure of what to do, etc., etc. We have never had such an easy weekend of transportation for a wedding. They even gave us an onsite manager without us asking and we usually only as for one when we have many more buses. They were truly a dream to work with. We are wedding planners and everything needs to be and is expected to be perfect, so a great job by a partner making a contribution is highly appreciated and makes our lives so much easier."

"Exceptionally poor service/communication and frankly the cars are nothing impressive. Uber and Lyft are much better options. I recommend avoiding MTC Limo. Driver (Marvin) arrived 15 minutes late for an airport run, mislead dispatch his location repeatedly claiming he was “around the corner”, dispatch claims GPS was not working so no way to confirm location, dispatch was not able/willing to make another car available despite the fact they had five of their cars sitting in front of my hotel. General train wreck."
