UConn PeRformance Improvement for Safe Medication Management (PRISM)

UConn PeRformance Improvement for Safe Medication Management (PRISM) is an institution located at 69 North Eagleville Road, Mansfield, Connecticut. The mission of PRISM is to enhance the health of the people in Connecticut and beyond by promoting safe and effective medication use through interdisciplinary educational programs, community-based research collaborations, and team-based care delivery.
