"First off let me say, I'm very disappointed with Secor Parts Dept. I have been having my suv serviced there since I bought it in 2018.I was supposed to have an oil change and tire rotation( and I was charged for it). The thing is when I had my car fixed elsewhere, The only thing you got right was the sway bar links. This is what I was quoted as being wrong with the vehicle. "VERIFED CUSTOMER COMPLAINT OF NOISE. FRONT STRUTS AND SWAY BAR LINKS ARE WORN OUT. APPROX PARTS $1745.00, APPROX LABOR $410.00. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES OR SHOP FEES. PARTS PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Now here is what was really wrong, FRONT END NOISE, BRAKES. REPLACED FT SWAY BAR LINKS; REPLACED FT BRAKE PADS & ROTORS; WHEEL LOCKS BECAUSE THE WHEEL LOCKS WERE FROZEN, HAD TO WELD OFF(so how can you charge me for a tire rotation when it wasn't done?). TOTAL COST; $702.70. Therefore I will no longer be doing business with you Karen Thibodeau"

"I had to bring my car in last week because two tires needed to be replaced. Steve was the primary representative who helped me. They were very responsive to my needs and were able to fit me in their schedule that same day to get the work done. Very kind and respectful staff!"

"Absolutely loved purchasing my vehicle through Secor. Laura was amazing. But I cannot say the same about their service center. Recently went to get an alignment and was told that they couldn't do my alignment that day because the car in front of me was taking longer than expected and they didn't think they could do it before they closed. Mind you, I had to take off of work to go, because they aren't open on the weekends. They were not accommodating or appreciative of my time. I ended up going to another dealership to get my jeep serviced. Their service manager did try to call me, but when I returned the call he was unavailable and I was told he would call me back when he got off the phone. I am still waiting for that call back days later. Very unimpressed with the service department and definitely will not be taking my jeep back there to get serviced."
