"Buick service staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly, as were the drivers that shuttled me to and from home during my 2 hour service appointment. The work was completed in the time promised and the final bill was the same ( less actually) than the original written estimate. I am very satisfied."

"Had a problem pop up on my GMC truck while visiting family from out of state. It took a couple days before they could get me in but was able to fix my problem within a day. They even provided a courtesy ride from/to the dealership while dropping off the truck."

"Where do I start… well bought my first Buick in May this year. After I signing all the papers and was ready to leave the lot they told me that I needed chips installed that were not available but will be available the next day. So made an appointment in June to have both chips installed. So Picked up car and was told my car was all set. Left the dealership, heated seats worked but the warning /back up alarm didn’t work. So I drove right back and spoke to the service dept And they told me only the 1 chip was installed And they’ll let me know when the other one would be available. So I checked multiple times since June to check availability. Recieved a email in November that the chip was in. Made an appointment for Saturday Dec 9 th. Great spoke w Marissa and made the appt for chip install and oil change. When I was there they informed me that there was a recall on some part for my car. They couldn’t do recall that day because that’s a 3 hr job so no problem made appt for January 6 th So about 2 and 1/2 hrs later car was ready. Except I was told that they did not install the chip , because that’s going to be done w the recall. So about 2-3 hrs now waiting , car will be ready. It just needed to go to wash. So I go to get the car. And it’s not even washed. They eventually washed it. But I have to tell you I have never had any issue before at Nissan service dept And I will never recommend your dealership for anything sales or service I had that appointment made weeks in advance on a Saturday And this is just unacceptable. I did speak with the manager Sean and is well aware of what happened."

"I am extremely disappointed in the 2018 GMC Acadia I purchased from you. I will never buy another GMC again. I brought the vehicle in several times over the last two years due to the check engine light being on along with experiencing the transmission not switching gears smoothly. Each time I was told there were no issues with the transmission. This was all prior to 100k miles while my warranty was in place. Well, what do you know, at 115k mi, I bring it in because the transmission felt off, and I was told I needed to have three major components of the transmission replaced. I am not satisfied at all with my experience and would advise others to steer clear."
