"Avoid this place at all costs. Went in for emissions testing. The woman was the rudest and nastiest person ever to greet a customer. I should have turned around and left. Unless you want to be treated this way, I strongly recommend going somewhere else."

"Kind of neutral on the place. Went in for emissions testing. My TPMS light was on. Vehicle passed emissions. I wondered if they'd ask about the TPMS light and if I'd like them to look at it. They never mentioned it. Having a background in auto repair, it's always good to let the car owner know if something else is wrong. It could give them some more work and shows that they care about your car. The labor rate looks to be 150 an hour. I'm not sure if that's average, but it sure seems like a lot."

"Stopped by to ask if they could fix my headlight and was told no mechanics on duty and not today. Left my info and got a call a few hours later that they could do it today. Ok, not a big deal but the big deal is AJ is great! This guy really cares! He let me know that he looked under the hood since he was doing the light and everything looked good which I didn’t not ask. I have been there several times over the last 3 years for different services and AJ has always taken care of me! Thanks for the great service AJ!"

"Unless you like being treated rudely, avoid this place. Tried to get emissions tested and was greeted, or should I say, not greeted by a miserable lady at the desk. No hello, no how can I help you, just an uncomfortable gaze and miserable stare through a clear desk shield. I asked for the testing and I was unable to hear or understand her through her mumbling under her face mask. I let her know I could not hear or understand her so she proceeded to almost yell through her mask and the shield. Very unprofessional behavior from what appeared to be someone that didn’t want to be there. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I only hope the rest of the staff is not as unfriendly. Some training in manners may help this individual, unless management is not concerned with this type of behavior."
