"I am really pleased with the level of service I received here, and I am grateful for the empathetic treatment I was given. My car was towed here last week- for the first time in over 5 years that I've had my car, it wouldn't start. It was brought in on Wednesday night, and I was called promptly Thursday morning to be told my car would be looked at right away and they will get back to me. Kyle called me again a couple of hours later, and informed me I was sold contaminated fuel from a gas station, which basically broke my car. Of course I was upset, but I sincerely appreciated how kind and patient Kyle was in explaining everything to me, and I believe he went above and beyond to be helpful and understanding. It is very frustrating to have to spend so much money on something that wasn't my fault or my car's fault, but I must say that Toyota made my experience as painless as they could by being so kind and helpful. They also fixed my car the very same day, which I did not expect and was a very pleasant surprise. I am more than satisfied with the service and communication here, and would be very comfortable coming back for any future issues if they occur."

"My husband and I recently purchased a new Toyota 4 Runner from Charles Toyota in Norwich. We anticipated waiting a while since we had very specific requests, however, Tommy and Brian went above and beyond to not only get our 4 Runner earlier but to take the time to go over every detail with us. They spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed. They were in constant communication with us. Brian even called me when he had a vehicle on the lot that was the color of the 4 runner we ordered so that I could have the opportunity to swing by and make sure I liked it.
