"I just wanted to say Thank You for your prompt and professional service of my GMC Terrain & HD2500 pickup truck. My first experience with Superior Auto was when my Terrain needed tires. When I arrived I was expecting to have to make an appointment to get the tires but instead they did them right then and there saving me another trip from Mystic to Norwich. It was basically the same thing when my truck needed an Oil Change. No appointment was necessary and I was in and out within 30 minutes. In both cases the bill(s) were fair and reasonable and they now have made me a regular customer. It is well worth the trip from Mystic to Norwich to have Ron & Warren service my vehicles. "My front disc brakes started noisily complaining to the point I was worried about safety. Though I had a scheduled appointment with my usual mechanic, it was weeks in the future. One call to SA in the morning got me on their schedule and my brakes were repaired before noon...and at a price that beat the cost estimate given by Google for that type of repair. Honest, effective (the front brakes remain silent) and great sense of humor!"
