"I was referred to Nelson by a friend. I had two vehicles that I needed to get detailed. The pilot was severely neglected before I got it. The Civic was in good condition but needed attention. I called Nelson on a weekend evening and he messaged me to let me know he received my message and would be calling in the morning. The drop of process was super easy with a night key drop. Because of my schedule I had to pick up the cars on Sunday, instead of leaving them outside Nelson insisted on having them protected inside so they stayed clean because it was going to rain. He came down on his day off to meet me at the shop so I could get my vehicles. As for the quality of Nelson's work it's amazing. Black vehicles show flaws very easily Nelson restored the paint on both vehicles to a deep deep luster. The interiors surfaces are so clean you could eat off the floors, dash and seats.
