"FRAUDULENT EXTORTIONISTS! They told me they could fix my headlight in under a 1/2 hour for $100. Over an hour later they informed me with parts and labor it would be more than 5x that. Then when I declined the inflated overpriced service, they charged me a giant diagnostic fee and refused to give me my car keys until I paid the fee. Astonishingly awful service especially considering I have been a Bruce Bennett Nissan costumer for over 10 years. Certainly will not be buying another Nissan from this dealership. Later I purchased the part at AutoZone for $10, and installed it myself after reviewing a short YouTube video. Power to the People."

He took the time to check for recalls and made getting my car serviced more like visiting a friend then getting my car worked on.
