Like I interrupted them to do their job. Second vehicle. Appointment made. Owner said the technician is running behind. Wanted to possibly reschedule. No sorry, you wasted my time again! Not my problem their behind. I can’t just make an appointment at their convenience. I do have a job too. Don’t use their services. Unprofessional and no communication!"

"This guy at the Waterbury Auto Glass is a real SCAMMER. I ordered a windshield in the beginning of the month gave him the $150 deposit. He says the windshield will be here in a couple of days don’t hear nothing. I go to the office and asked for my deposit back and he shows me a no refund sign as all SCAMMERS DO! Still no windshield and it’s at the end of the month. My car is now in the auto body shop and STILL NO WINDSHIELD. Please DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Oh as I wait in the office he looking right in my FACE and continues to ignore me because it was my THIRD TIME THERE. And GUESS WHAT? NO FREAKIN’ WINDSHIELD. Waterbury Auto Glass is HORRIBLE!"

"I mean when I tell you QUALITY service, I mean it AND the price was reasonable compared to others that were charging an arm and leg. They were able to get me in and out the SAME day. I lived nearby so they were nice enough to pick me up and drop me off. HIGHLY recommend them!"
