"Would not even give a 1 star! Fixed my car … yes… that’s all! Had it for a week ( and weekend) No loaner ever available for me/ but I was at top of list! Could not bring my car back to me… had no drivers( one out sick) said they took it spur of moment…$9400.00 to fix….of course they took it. But.. I could have made an apt and brought it back, could have got rental thru my ins.but NO they wanted it! ( I had no ride, no car, for a week!!)Told me to take an UBER to pick it up!!! They could care less just want the $$$$. Service dept was like oh well… sorry … Yes” UBER” would be preferred!!"

"The service department kinda sucks. I spent $3176.17 here on a new starter and fuel pump for my 2012 sprinter. They only “recommended” I spend an other $2,936 on a new exhaust flex pipe. I declined because it was only recommended and it was excessively expensive. On the way home about three miles from the dealership, the sprinter broke down again. I had it towed back. They said that flexpipe leaked and melted my wiring harness. They said it’d be another $8000+ for a new harness and flex pipe. I said “no thanks”. I had the vehicle towed back to my place, and it took my buddy one hour to solder four melted wires back together. The vehicle has been fine ever since. Mark was knowledgeable and professional (You're probably saying its their job. Sorry to say you don't see this type of customer service anymore.) Literally from the time I walked into dealership doors until my last stop (finance office) was GREAT. I went back 2 days later the experience was no different than my first time walking in the doors. I met with the finance manager who she was just as awesome accommodating and and knowledgeable. I walked out with keys in hand and I could not more satisfied and with my all experience at New London Mercedes if you looking for TOP NOTCH customer service and knowledgeable staff take the drive its worth it. "I picked up my new Sprinter 4x4 last week and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience at this dealer. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Patrick was excellent. I ordered my van and he kept me informed throughout the process. There were no surprises and no hard up sell. The price was extremely fair given today’s market.
