"Let me start off by saying that I had never been to this business before, and never met any of the people prior to my appointment. I had read the positive reviews but honestly it was a little bit anxiety producing to consider going to Protection Plus, as I just purchased my 2023 IS 350 AWD F Sport and I didn’t really know much about them other than the reviews. I was hoping that I was going to get a good job based on what I read, but I sort of held my breath at the same time hoping for a good result. Truly I was a bit nervous. I am BEYOND BEYOND BEYOND pleased! I am so thrilled with the work done and enjoyed the time I was there. Ben is an absolute master of his craft! I love the incredible attention to detail and beautiful results. It was better than I ever could have expected, and I am not an easy guy when disappointed. Although quite humble about it, he is so precise and meticulous that he well exceeded my expectations. Hats off! It was a very pleasant day being there as I had opted to wait and do some of my work while I was waiting for the job to be completed. From the very gracious welcome from the owners who made me feel like I was in their home , the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable area to sit with “my shoes off and feet up”, it was really a pleasure to be there and a great experience. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for work that is second to none, let me say that one more time, SECOND TO NONE.
