"The guys at Jiffy Lube were not only kind, but efficient. I asked for an estimate on how long everything would take and they executed it perfectly. On a strangely tough personal day for me, they seemed to pick up that both timeliness and kindness would go a long way for me intuitively. After I left getting the oil change, I ended up telling 4 people throughout the rest of the day about my incredibly positive experience because it happened to be the literal highlight of my day.
