"I would suggest using an alternative service as this company leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a selection of baked goods and paid the extra $20 for a nominated day delivery as the package was going to an office team present on Tuesdays. However, the basket was delivered four days early and on a Friday, which means that all perishables insides were left to sit and go stale before anyone could actually enjoy them. I'd immediately alerted the company to the dispatch error, asking if they can re-schedule the delivery to the correct date, but they said it was out of their hands and there was nothing to do. I then asked for a $20 refund for the special delivery, as the instructions were not followed and the food would be wasted, and never received a reply. Stay away. Better services around. Update: They have now offered me a $17 refund, which still does not cover the delivery fee they did not fulfil. Waste of cash."

"Painfully obvious this company uses a 3rd party for customer service and they are not empowered to actually help. I ordered a gift basket and the website prefilled my own name & address as the recipient and I didn't realize until after I completed the order. I immediately realized the error and called to have it fixed. The customer service rep said the order hadn't yet appeared in their system but they'd call me back within a 1/2 hour to get the shipping address updated. An hour later, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called them. I got a different person who told me that the tracking number had already been created so they couldn't change the shipping address. I called back again a few minutes later and got another person who said the shipping address could indeed be updated. We spent several minutes updating the info just for him to realize that because a tracking number was created, the shipping address couldn't be updated. I asked to cancel the order and he told me it couldn't be canceled (again, because of the tracking number). I checked the tracking number on UPS and it said the order hasn't been picked up yet so I have no idea why it couldn't be canceled. Horrible experience."

"The worst company; do not order from them; most likely, it is spam. I ordered a basket for my friend who is severely sick for his recovery and for Christmas yesterday, the basket should have been delivered today, but I got a call that, due to the Holiday season, they won't be able to deliver it today and therefore, it will be delivered tomorrow. Then I got another call saying that the basket was no longer available, and I had to place another order via the website. I requested to keep the money and order any available basket to be delivered, but they put me on hold for 30 minutes and ended up saying that they would refund the money which would take 3 business days and I have to place another order online. Will wait to see if I will get my money back!"
