"I would like to give a negative rating but that's not possible - so giving it 1 star. I placed an order for the delivery of flowers for my sister in Philly to sheer her up. The flowers delivered were not what I selected and paid for at all!! The bunch delivered had Lilies and White Gerbera Daisies which were NOT in the choice I selected. The order I placed had Tulips and other fillers which were entirely missing. Needless to say, this was extremely disappointing and not at all the customer experience I expected! Whilst I understand flowers can vary due to their natural composition, they should not be changed entirely for something else. As per their website, the 'Deluxe' and 'Premium' arrangements are the closest to the image on the site - In this case, despite ordering a Deluxe arrangement, they sent a completely different arrangement! This was quite frankly unacceptable especially when placing an international order! I wouldn't recommend this site at all! The pictures clearly tell the difference in what was ordered (image 2) and what was delivered (image 1)."

"Not sure about all the negative reviews but wanted to personally thank the support team for helping me send flowers from across the globe. The order was struck due to international payment and the initial customer care representative could not help me entirely. But when I wrote to an email he shared, the other team(Arun/Kiran i guess) is very supportive and patiently helped me place a new order and it got delivered. Got my refund too for the fist order without any deductions. The presence of more such people with positive attitude can help you grow faster. Thanks folks for your service."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Paid for the deluxe, flowers are supposed to look like the picture on the site, they clearly did not. I received an email that stated the flowers were delivered, the recipient never got them, I called the number and Punjabi, who I could not understand his words clearly, said to me that they will look into it. 45 mins later, 1 hour in total since flowers were delivered, my recipient called me to thank me for the flowers. However, when she received them, the gentleman who delivered the flowers was rude, and said " here, put water in these" turned around and walked away. I will never use this service EVER again. I hope you don't use them either."

"Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday a week before the day.  Didn't deliver the flower until the end of the day. The Birthday girl left a little early because after all it's her birthday.   Didn't get the flowers.  NOT GOOD. For a time frame of 9 to 4 the flowers made it at 3.  Does it really take that long to fix the arrangement and get it to the address.   Your contractor blew it.  Only makes your company look bad.  That was the first and last time I will trust your services to make some ones day.  It seems I'm not the only person that's had problems get the flowers delivered. Maybe go into business that doesn't require living up to what you claim. Well after reading the reviews I'm not ever sure the flowers made it. I'll know Monday will update. My order number is 103464307. Look that up send flowers because I want a full refund. I will make it my life ambition to write negative reviews all over the internet. You should be ashamed."

"Shame on me for NOT reading the reviews.. Ladies and gentlemen I ordered my flowers for my loved one birthday a MONTH IN ADVANCE. The day of delivery I received an email stating the flowers were delivered an hour earlier. WHAT! I am not sure what the point of giving you guys a phone number if you weren't going to use it. Now somebody walking around with Moms birthday bouquet I'm heart broken seriously I ordered them a MONTH in advance this really sucks she didn't get them."
