"The staff here is amazing. From entering the facility, the receptionist, support staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists are caring, and offer tips for everyday living and issues; not only that, they really know what they are doing. My only complaint is that it is hard to get in because of the demand for excellence which they provide. This area of the state is lacking for good services, Aquatic therapy which is perplexing because there is a Naval Base with a clinic, Electric Boat, a college... all paying customers with insurance.
