"Definitely read her reviews first! I read them but thought it wouldn’t be the same for me. I went to her because of guidance resources & would get 5 free sessions. These reviews are saying she basically ghosts her patients. I really think she just gets her business through guidance resources. I really opened up to her and thought we were making progress! When our free sessions were up, she had to call my insurance to get us set up. All of my other doctors had no problem calling my insurance… I didn’t even have to ask them. Estelle had me call my insurance for them to tell me the same thing I told her: call them and they will take her. They accept out of network/they accept everyone. I had to keep texting and emailing her to get responses. I gave her days to reply between messages. She eventually said she would call them but then stopped replying to my messages. It was like pulling teeth to get responses out of her. I shouldn’t have to try this hard to keep a therapist. She’s lazy and does not care about her patients!"

"I do not recommend Estelle Lakritz. I had been meeting with Estelle for a few months. I had disclosed many personal struggles, some of which included abandonment issues, and have been working with Estelle to heal and unpack those traumas. I have been actively meeting with Estelle until one day she decided to not respond back to me. I have been trying to communicate via email (which is our normal form of communication) for over two months now, and have not heard back from her. I find this to not only be distasteful but so insensitive given my history with loss and abandonment. I feel like Estelle abandoned me in my most critical time of need. To this day I have not heard back from her and I am not sure the issue. Last we spoke it was a great session, next thing I know she has cut off all communication. How is this professional? Please take my experience as a warning to find a more suitable therapist who will work with you and help support the way in which you deserve. You deserve a therapist committed to your healing journey. You do not deserve someone who further fuels the traumas you are trying so hard to heal from. Again, please take my warning and find a different therapist."

"She enables abusive relationships, supports misogynistic views, and was extremely unprofessional and bias in counseling. She continued to support an abusive husband despite knowing his wife and kids being abused and even shamed her. If you are seeking counseling that is actually helpful and professional, I would look elsewhere because she is not the person for that."

"I texted her over and over and asked her to fill out my paperwork in order for me to get my benefits. She has an iPhone so I seen she was literally reading my messages and not responding! Horrible communication!"
