"My 80 year old mother was attended by the tech named Lisa, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. She demonstrated heartless behavior by not accommodating my mother's condition, exacerbating an already distressing situation.I am shocked not only by the displayed rudeness but also by the failure to provide the necessary care and consideration for a patient with physical limitations. My mother was in so much emotional distress and physical pain after her experience with Lisa, she fell to the ground on the parking lot of 21 Dwight Rd. We will take further steps with the complaint and the request for an investigation."

"I went to this office directly following orders of my doctor to get a simple X-ray for my 2 year daughter. I was humiliated publicly and denied services by a tech named Lisa due to having my 4 week old infant with me. Thankfully I contacted her boss and was immediately provided services at the lab on Main Street in Springfield (of whom were amazing, compassionate and caring to our immediate medical needs). However doing so caused a loss of time and a great deal of stress to an already serious medical concern. Since this experience my daughter has has to undergo services at mercy, Shriners, and UCONN with an upcoming scheduled surgery related to this very medical issue and we have never experienced this treatment. I write this review in light that this tech never treats another patient the way she treated us as going through a medical procedure and process comes with many worries and at the very least kindness should be a part of the practices and policies in this office."
