"I had a good experience with Blasius Kia when I purchased a 2021 Suburban. I was well attended to, everyone was very polite and went out of their way to make us feel good. Unfortunately I cannot say the same in the Mechanical Workshop sector. My car arrived with a defect in the fuel door, I understand the delay in ordering the part due to a strike from Chevy, after a few months of waiting, today 11/22/23 I had an appointment to replace the defective part. I left the car and went to the restaurant to have lunch. They called me and said they couldn't do the job today, because it was a very complex piece and it would take at least 3 hours of work. I had a little difficulty getting them to understand that the fuel door was a simple thing to change, they told me that if the technician said it would take 3 hours of work, it would really be that, as he is very trustworthy. So I signed a waiver and picked up the piece myself and brought it home. It took me less than 7 minutes to do this job. the only tool I used was a screwdriver. So I came to the conclusion that I can't trust a company that claims to have specialized technicians and takes me 3 hours to do a job that I, without any specialization in vehicles, did in less than 7 minutes. I recommend buying your vehicle from them, they are very attentive and helpful. But I would never recommend taking your car for any type of service. I can't rate the teams separately, so 3 stars I think is fair."

"I started communication with Riley via text. I live 2 and a half hours away and she accommodated me by taking an appraisal with just pics so I wouldn't have to drive there to be disappointed. Most dealerships wouldn't do this. They gave me a good offer right away. Riley was great with communication and we got the deal done before I even had to drive there. Also after the sale Ace made sure I was happy with my purchase. He was the most professional sales manager I've ever spoken too and I've been to many dealerships. I would definitely check them out for your next car. Love my 2024 seltos!"
