"The day of my appointment she did not show, called or rescheduled actually never heard from her, I even called days later to see if anything happened no reponse,"
"My experience with Ms Ivette Betancourt was truly disappointing. I had my first session with her which went decent & we scheduled another therapy session for the following week. The day of my therapy session I show up & she is no where to be found. I didn’t receive a text or call nothing. I leave after waiting over 30 minutes. I wait a few days and I text her to see if everything is ok. Still no response but Ms Betancourt has no issue posting stuff on her Facebook profile and till this day is still ignoring me. I was nothing but sweet with Ms Ivette Betancourt I do not understand as to why she has not reached out. A truly disappointed customer. I would NOT recommend this place."
