"Stay away from this bad company, My car needed to wrap the roof to cover minor paint damage. I found out about this price through Google and requested information and price for this service. I made an appointment for Sunday, July 17th at 10:00 am to do this service that would last 3 hours. I left the car at the address provided and at 3:00pm I was informed to pick up the car. When I went to check the service I noticed that there were several imperfections in the wrap and I asked about this. I also saw that the cover of the GPS antenna had a gap where water could enter the car and the answer I had is that it would be the same because when I removed the cover there was a type of double-sided tape that I was holding again. On Monday (there was heavy rain) my wife was driving the car when she noticed that water was falling inside the car. He stopped at a gas station and saw that the antenna coverage had lost. In short, we paid $300.00 to do a wrap service and at this point we spent over $1,050.00 to repair the car. Not to mention the $300.00 we paid to do the wrap service and 3 days of lost work. I sent a text message to the owner of Wrap Star about what happened and he offered to pay $35.00 at first and then increased the amount to $100.00 which was denied and he did not want this derisory amount but at least the $300.00 that we paid to do this lousy wrap job which became a big problem for us. In addition, he told us through a message that he had no responsibility for the problem. Therefore, if you are looking for a professional, responsible, correct company, it is definitely not Wrap Star. Stay away from this terrible company as much as possible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMMENT ADDED ON AUGUST 16, 2022 "As for the review response to Wrap Star" In addition to being a terrible professional, he is a liar. At the time of pick up I complained that the service was not good, it was horrible. About what informed about "care". Care the owner of the company should have taken with my car. He removed the antenna cover and water got in during the rain the day after installation. It creates shame in the face and stops lying. These are the photographs of the bad service you did on the car."
