"I've been a patient at the Avery Center for many years and until recently haven't had any complaints, however, I am blown away by my recent experience. I've never felt so disregarded, ignored, endured rude treatment from staff. It's extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone, no less respond to voicemails. Expect your doctor to call to discuss test results? Good luck with that. Either they have too many patients to keep track of or simply don't feel its their responsibility to deliver life changing news. This happened on multiple occasions over the last six months to the point where I left multiple appointments in tears. Do NOT go here if you are expecting any reasonable level of care."

"When I have my name to the front desk the women was rude and literally asked me "why are you here". Then the Dr. Asked the same question!! I've never had anyone ask me that for an annual appointment. So rude. Horrible experience."

When I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and I felt immediately at ease. I also liked the fact that I could enter all my history on an IPad.
