"Dr. Bennett was nice a doctor but communication was significantly lacking and the nurses were unorganized during my second IVF session. I had a very different experience in 2021 and noticed the change in 2023 from the beginning. I never received calls back for bloodwork and the facility seemed unorganized. Embryos were read wrong by a nurse and then reconfirmed by the doctor which embryos I actually had. You need to be aware that although this office is in mount kisco all procedures and bloodwork (if needed on the weekend) are done in NYC. The facility is not accommodating at all. The facility needs to update their communications system and be more transparent with patients. I wouldn’t recommend this facility moving forward."

"I unfortunately cannot recommend Northwell or Dr. Bennett for fertility services. I was called by one of their nurses after my initial bloodwork to review the numbers with me and let me know that one of the lab numbers was elevated and they'd like me to do a repeat test at an outside facility to confirm. The nurse told me to let them know the date that I planned to schedule the exam so that they can be on the look out for the results and we can discuss next steps. I did just that and then I had the test done. I received the test result from the outside facility but never heard back from the fertility facility. This was well over a month ago. My husband had tests done, as well, and never got results and those tests were done in-house. We have been trying to reach someone regarding our issues via email and phone and are unsuccessful. Now to Dr. Bennett - I've only been in contact with her for our initial assessment. The appointment started late and she did not apologize nor were we notified that she was in a meeting prior. I had to ask the front desk staff multiple times what the delay was. She was matter-of-fact and short on answers and explanations at times once we were able to sit down with her. I would have loved to see a more seamless process and better communication during my engagements with this facility. Due to the nature of the care I would suggest finding a different facility and/or physician that can offer more time to you and your needs (via phone, email, etc)."

"My experience with Northwell Health has been nothing short of frustrating. Nearly a year after my procedure (October 2022), I am still grappling with billing issues caused by Northwell's incorrect diagnosis codes, which have led to constant claim denials from my insurance provider. The lack of accountability on Northwell's part in addressing this issue is particularly frustrating. During my initial office visit, they conducted fertility level tests. About a week later, I received a follow-up phone call from Dr. Bennett herself, during which she relayed what appeared to be concerning results and inquired if I had any questions. Her demeanor was notably matter-of-fact. Subsequently, I sought a second opinion after the Northwell procedure, and the insights provided by the new doctor significantly alleviated my concerns. This was especially comforting given the initial unsettling news delivered with limited context. When it was time to begin the medication regimen, it appeared that Lauren in Dr. Bennett's office inadvertently failed to obtain financial approval from my insurance company, resulting in a delayed start to the cycle and a list of excuses. Fast forward past the procedure, and I am still grappling with medical bills incorrectly coded by Northwell, with no acknowledgment of fault on their part. Instead, they shift the blame onto the insurance company and compare my situation to that of other patients, implying that others have been waiting longer for resolution. Frankly, I am not concerned with the experiences of other patients; my primary concern is my own. Additionally, I have spent countless hours on the phone with both my insurance company and Northwell Health since June, attempting to resolve these issues to no avail. I strongly advise anyone considering Northwell Health for fertility treatments to seek care elsewhere, like Summit Health."

From the moment I called the office, I knew I had made the right decision. She took the time to review my history and map out a plan she felt would be successful for us. Thankfully we were able to conceive and now have a 14 month old beautiful baby boy. The level of care we received surpasses any other doctor experience we’ve ever had. Every appointment, every test, every phone - Dr Bennett is the only person you speak with (aside from the lovely ladies at the front). Can’t say more positive things about her!!!"
