"Called to arrange a stat MRI and MRA for my mom at 8:30am today and was told that a supervisor needed to be contacted to try and squeeze in,m to any optum site. I understood that and was told I would hear back soon. I never received a call back, sought immediate care in a city hospital instead. This was an urgent issue that could turn emergent and the lack of response from your office is completely unprofessional-to not call back you should be ashamed. Made the provider aware that you are incapable of following through with your job. It is now 2:15pm and still never received that call, disgusting."
