"While I absolutely love Dr. Shaw, I dislike Caremount. Instead of a doctors office it is a meat factory. I went in for a routine check up in Nov '20 (during the pandemic) there had to be 50 people in the waiting room.They do not call you from the car to come up, how could they - they are over booked. With my first pregnancy I sat in that waiting room a lot they were never on time. Newly pregnant I called to find out if the checkin process had changed with Covid. I am unvaccinated and did not want to put myself in a room full of strangers for 20+ minutes each visit. I was told they can't accommodate an unvaccinated newly pregnant women. I then asked to speak with Dr. Shaw's nurse - waited on hold for over thirty minutes without an answer. Dr. Shaw is a great doctor, but outside of him and his nurse prepare to be treated like a number."

"Fantastic experience with Dr. Shaw. He was patient, warm and fixed a long lasting issue. I was told would be a six week recovery, he gave my a quality of life back in two weeks by performing surgery robotically. All other Doctors said it wasn’t possible."

"I had seen Dr. Shaw for 19 years.I had two IUDs and heavy menstrual bleeding. I had the second IUD remove within a year. But not until my third surgery did the bleeding stop. Did I have to go through all that? Why Dr Shaw??? Could you not have done something sooner?"
