"I’ve been a fan of Dr Shaffron since day one and as long as she’s in practice I’ll follow her anywhere. As far as the people who run the practice, I have a lot less positive things to say. Your phone system is atrocious. People should not have to wait that long to speak to the office or to make an appointment. Over a year ago, I dropped off results from a bone density test and asked for a consultation that never happened. I called and left a message about getting a consultation with the results that I dropped off. Never received a phone call back. During my yearly this week I find out I have osteoporosis that could’ve been addressed a year ago , as you can see, I’m not too fond of whoever runs to the practice but as far as Dr Shaffron you have a gold star there"

It is disgusting that she is even able to practice because she is an absolutely awful doctor and human being. She will as you, the patient, why you’re on certain medications because she DOES NOT REMEMBER. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
