"I am new to the area so I called my insurance provider to find me a gyno for IUD replacement and checkups. They transferred me to this doctor's office which is why I didn't read the reviews but I wish I had. Because of COVID, they were unable to schedule me until 6 months later (I called in January and my appt was set for June 22.) This was past the point of needing my IUD replaced but I didn't have any choice, there was a long wait at any office. I got a text confirmation. 3 months later, I got another text confirmation. 30 days before my appointment, I asked for that day off work. On June 15, one week before my appt, I get a letter from them dated June 12. The letter simply states that I need to call and reschedule my appointment. There was no reason. It stated they had 'tried to reach me by phone' but I had no history of that. I know they have my number because I get texts from them. The letter said I could make a different appt with a different doctor on the same day but when I called to reschedule, they regretted to inform me that there was no available appointments for another 4 months. So they had me on the books for 6 months and couldn't get another doctor to see me? And if it was an emergency, I would understand. But I don't know how urgent it was if they knew about it 10 days before. 6 months. I waited 6 months and they cancelled my appointment 10 days before. Now after reading the other reviews, it seems that some women can be in real medical danger by the carelessness of this office. I would suggest finding any other doctor. There are others in this office with better reviews and even more in the building with better records. IF you do make an appointment here, I would recommend having a backup scheduled. A real disappointment."

"I was seven weeks pregnant and was beginning to bleed. It was 3am and I had a miscarriage two years prior to this. My husband called the emergency line bc he was worried that we were losing the baby and I was in a lot of pain in my abdominal area and he was worried for my health. We received a call back from dr. Tracht and these were her EXACT words to us “ this line is for emergencies only. What is your emergency”. Instead of going to the office the next day I went to the emergency room. She was rushing and not listening to what we were concerned about and was extremely rude and not sensitive to our feelings at all. I would never recommend her and will actually be contacting an attorney not only about her but about other doctors on that staff that was suppose to be my doctor and LIED about my blood test results making it seem like everything was going well when it wasn’t. Stay away from care mount in westchester!!! And dr. Tracht!! So rude it made me cry even harder when we got off the phone with her at 3am not knowing what to do or if even I was going to be okay… some people need to realize your in a profession where people depend on your listening and sensitivity."
