"Dr Murdock is a nice person, but it just wasnt a good fit. However, I feel like RMA is run like a big business. We were just a # to them. It all felt very impersonal. We had a team of people to help us, but it was hard to get a hold of them. Sometimes, it took over 2-3 days to hear back. We were told that the most expensive option was the only way. Depending on how far a patient is, they should advise them that they only do procedures in CT, not NY."
