I'm still in pain and unable to sleep at night. I received a call/message January 30 by the nurse and she said "if" I wanted a referral to call back which I did right away. She was busy putting a patient in a room but would call right back. it's now Feb 1 and still waiting for that phone call. Meanwhile the pain is getting worse."
