"I regret choosing this place , the staff don’t care about you ,I just called to ask for my prescription I was explaining the lady my situation and she just transferred me to another line without able to finish what I was saying, I been leaving multiple voicemails , since 2 days ago and no one has called me back since you can be in pain and agony and they treat you like an animal. They can say the busy and you can see them just playing on their phones without helping who needs. You tell them to help you and they hang up on you. Extremely rude , extremely unprofessional and no ethics whatsoever. So if you going to choose this place please think again."
"Dr. Wagner is by far the one of the worst Doctors I have seen. He does not care about his patients well being or the pain that affects their daily lives or is he willing to do anything at all to help you. Do yourself a favor and go to Hartford Healthcare."
"Very friendly fast effective kind respectful employees the doctor had drain fluid for my knee very professional knew what he was doing very highly knowledgeable! My visit was quick I was in and out."
"I’d give no stars if it were possible. “Dr. Wei” is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Between his direct irritation with our questions, ABOUT MY BODY, and his clear disregard for my well being or emotional state, he was profoundly unprofessional. Usually my concerns are met with understanding. Not argumentative comments from a grown man. I don’t appreciate being talked over, talked down to, or made to feel inferior while you sit on your high horse. Your career is meant to help people. But I have state insurance, so they can’t make a pretty penny off my pockets. I should have expected the terrible treatment. Only to be confirmed at the front desk at check out, where I made a clear and concise request to NEVER be seen by this man again, I was met with a response I didn’t expect.. on how he is an “acquired taste” and receives many complaints. How exactly is he still employed then? Maybe the issue was that I’m gay? Or just a woman in general? Don’t waste your time here."
"My family has had considerable experience over the last 20 years with this practice. Until recently I would have given it 5 stars. However over the last year or two things have changed. Today I called to make an appointment, told them I knew I had to pay a bill before hand, was transfered to the finance department paid the bill, was transfered back to the appointment desk and was put back on hold before I could let them know that by now I didn't have time to hold. I had to hang up after another four minutes. I called back several hours later to make the appointment to be told that I had to talk to finance first. Suddenly there was a massive bill of my spouse's that had been sent to collections two years ago that had to be paid first before anyone in the family would be seen again. Why hadn't this been brought up earlier today? Why hadn't it been brought up at any of the previous check-ins over the last two years when the other outstanding balances were mentioned? I also didn't have a very good experience with Dr. Wei, and didn't feel that he really examined the whole knee, instead relying on imaging from almost a year ago."
