"UPDATE: The company contacted me after leaving this review. They offered me a full refund (which I received) and a complimentary arrangement to the decedent's family. I took them up on the offer yesterday and was notified today that an arrangement was delivered this morning. However, we were unable to see or view a description of what was sent from us. It was the local flower shops' discretion. The response from the company regarding this issue was impeccable! However, it wasn't the same, as flowers being delivered to the funeral home in time for the funeral. As all the funeral attendees missed our note and kind gesture that their long-distance family members were thinking of them during these sad times. Terrible! I ordered 3 days before a funeral, a $100 funeral arrangement of flowers, and a vase to be delivered at 9 a.m. on a Saturday, when the funeral began. I found out at the time of the funeral that these flowers were NEVER SENT! I contacted FYF customer service that morning, and I was informed that they could not find a flower shop to make and deliver these flowers!!!! Why didn't this company notify me of this situation at least the day before or the morning of, I will never understand. Especially for such an emotional and important event! How embarrassing and upsetting to not have flowers sent at a family members' funeral from us, who live long distance!! It's so very disturbing, the whole experience with this company was!! These flowers were to be delivered to a funeral home outside of NYC, where plenty of flower shops are within the area. Never again will I use this company, nor anyone else I warn! I'm still waiting for my refund, this company stated I would receive. Yet, that does not help the emotional distress and turmoil this company has now caused us."
"Horrible! I’m so upset!! I ordered their Premium Package! It’s nothing like advertised, how deceiving! To top it off they wrote the message incorrectly! How embarrassing! I’m not sure why any of you woke up to come to work you should be ashamed! I will update on how customer service handles this! To be continued… Update: Customer service said they apologize and offered an $18 refund! The end result cannot be refunded, when a customer orders the top package it’s because they’re willing to spend the extra money to ensure a beautiful arrangement. Instead they took advantage because it was an online order and sent cheap looking flowers. Never ever will order from From You Flowers !"
"If I could give a zero star review I would. My husband sent me a dozen roses at work. They came in a box even though he purchased a vase as well. When I opened them , I immediately clipped the stems and put them in water along with some of the contents of the package included. There were a handful of petals in the box that had fallen off. The roses were already a little droopy but overall still kinda pretty (especially since it was a complete surprise). When I returned to work the next day and opened my office door I was shocked to see how sad the roses looked. I am attaching photos of day 1 and 2. Anyway when I thanked my husband for the flowers, he told me I was supposed to get them on Tuesday but when I didn't mention them by Wednesday he called about them. They said they tracked them and it showed they were delivered. He said I didn't receive them so they resent them. I got them on Thursday. He called back to tell them how bad they looked and was told they were sorry, but all they could do was refund him 30% of the cost of the roses. Don't waste your money. He paid $55 for 3 roses in the end. That's how many I was able to enjoy for a few days. On the bright side it was the best card ever because it came from his heart. He's been out of work for almost a year because of multiple seizures a day. He had to enlist help ordering the flowers but It was the best surprise ever."
"I’ve used this company many times before for my special occasions and was very pleased with the results of my order. They also give discounts as you make repeated purchases. On this special occasion of my wife’s birthday, I was sadly disappointed. I ordered from the company’s website a flower arrangement that included roses. I know the company has a statement about close substitutions, but as you can see, it wasn’t close at all. In contacting the company they were gracious enough to send a complimentary arrangement with an apology card to my wife. That says a lot about caring about their customers. They’re going to perform a quality assurance check with my order so that the likelihood of it happening again will be minimal. Thank you From You Flowers for showing you do really care."
"I really wish I could rate this company customer service as a zero! I had flowers delivered to a friend, and it was a complete disaster! I felt so disappointed and frustrated when I received the pictures below of what happened when she unwrapped the box! Of course I called to explain the situation and asked what could be done to help with this fiasco! The customer service representative started to offer 20% off! I just spent over $100 with this company in the last couple of days, I found this to be offensive, unacceptable and disrespectful, so I say NO, he then begins to offer 30% and so fourth until I stated that I’m not bargaining with him and to put a supervisor on, the supervisor wasn’t much better, so I demanded a refund or I will have my credit card to cancel the transaction! And that’s when he stated he would refund my monies. And during the whole conversation, never once did they want to see my photos! I have a sour taste in my mouth with this company! I would not recommend them to anyone!"
