"Called Karen late on a Saturday morning wanting to send flowers to dear friends locally whose beloved dog had just passed. Karen couldn't have been more responsive and helpful, and took my order for an arrangement to be delivered that afternoon. When it turned out my friends were out for the afternoon, she delivered it Sunday morning by 10:00 am. The flowers were beautiful, my friends were very appreciative and I was thrilled.
