"I'll start by saying that the surgical nurse who schedules procedures was wonderful. The rest of my experience was the worst. I chose this practice based on Google reviews and in-network insurance. I was assigned to Dr. Danielle Grieco. I felt absolutely rushed and her attitude seemed to be that it was no big deal to remove parts prophylactically (I asked about it to be fair, but she was so casual about it and just basically said, sure let's take out everything...) I booked the procedure but it was several months out, so I couldn't help reading up on having a total hysterectomy. It's not as easy-breezy as Dr. Grieco portrayed it, so I changed the procedure to just ovaries being removed, as I have benign cysts and am past child-bearing years. At the pre-surgical appointment, I was left even more wary. Dr Grieco couldn't feel my ovaries upon exam and actually said, "maybe we should schedule another ultrasound" like what .. did they shrink away on their own? Who knows, because she never revisited that topic and just continued with the checklist of pre-surgical form-signing and honestly, she could have been talking about ordering office supplies, that is how distracted and uninterested she was. I asked her if the procedure would be robotic or not and she said she DIDN'T KNOW! Then I asked a question about an unrelated issue and she sort of incredulously said, "That has to be in your annual visit!" and that was the end of my questions. Feeling even more uneasy about having someone with this who-cares attitude cut me open, I ended up cancelling the procedure and now I'm looking for someone else to get a second opinion. But the billing office had to also weigh in with the crappy service. They for some reason never deposited my check and then blamed me for it, saying it was a returned check and charging me $25 as a penalty! I tried for several months to argue this unfair charge and eventually when they finally got back to me with their "final decision," they insisted that I have to pay an "administrative fee" even though I can prove they never presented the check to the bank, it is out in never-never land. So to avoid having one annoying unpaid $25 bill on my credit report, I'm going to have to pay it. If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I would."

"I'm so grateful for the doctors here. I've seen both Dr Jessica Bridge and Dr Josie Dumond and they're both fantastic. Dr Jessica put in my IUD a year ago and made me feel as comfortable as possible through the whole process. Today I had it taken out because it was causing me anxiety and I had a phenomenal experience with Dr Josie. Both women have validated my experiences, taken extra care to make sure that I was comfortable, and shown such beautiful kindness and compassion. I've had terrible experiences with doctors who flex their egos, don't listen to my experiences, and show no compassion for my discomfort and these two doctors in particular give me hope that there are good and kind doctors that want to help. You'd think this was the bare minimum but at this point it feels that these women go above and beyond. Thank you Josie and Jessica. Also shout out to the office staff and receptionists who are clearly overwhelmed and overworked. They are always very kind and do their best to move things along for you. This is a very busy office but they handle every patient with care and grace."

"When selecting an ObGyn you want to select a practice that is professional, listens, has empathy/ truly considers what you’re experiencing and is responsive to your needs. I have been a patient with this practice for roughly 13 years and never have I been more disappointed with an experience as I am with the prenatal care I’ve received here over the course of my pregnancy this year. I did not care for the treatment I received from the physicians here. I feel like they are not really listening to my concerns and did not adequately address my condition, with the exception of Dr. Graceffa and Midwife Alexis Warren. Those two have been phenomenal. I was so trusting of this entire practice until this point. I always felt like the staff were caring and concerned individuals who took pride in providing the highest level of care. Every time I voice a concern more recently I leave feeling more overwhelmed and frustrated. It’s disheartening."

"Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional. Every provider that I met was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Dr. Riddle guided me through my pregnancy to the traumatic birth I endured and on to other health issues I came across. I am so grateful to have her there through these times . Im a nurse and have worked with many physicians and I can see the dedication these providers have for their profession and patients. I will be a forever patient here!"

"From the warm greeting as soon as I arrive for my appointments to the staff at the front desk are always happy to help, I have never experienced a “bad visit”. The waiting area, bathrooms, hallways are always super clean! I see Alexis who has been amazing since I started to see her. She listens, provides excellent feedback and/or recommendations when requested. Very sweet, knowledgeable & I never feel like she is rushing my visit. Alexis makes sure that I am always comfortable and makes sure to always walk me step by step each visit so I know what’s going on! Before I leave, she always makes sure to tell me to contact her if I ever need anything, and she always follows through with that! Overall OBGYN of eastern CT is an amazing doctors office and I will never go anywhere else!"
