"Dr. Pingle has always been wonderful, my 9 year old was one of her very first deliveries, I had serious complications during my pregnancy which required me to be admitted 2months early…every day was a pleasure she would sit and talk with me for the month I was required to stay there. She would sit and talk with my other children when they were there and she always made sure that I was comfortable and that the other residents and doctors listened to me. I had to have an emergency c-section and she was there to bring my baby girl into this world. I strongly recommend Dr.Pingle , so much so that when my other daughters became of age they all see her now and also my mother. If I could give her 10 stars I would she is an exceptional doctor very knowledgeable as well."

"Let me start off by saying that Dr. Pingle is a wonderful provider she is efficient friendly and apologetic. She makes me feel comfortable and I enjoy having her take care of me very much. But the front desk!!!! Is ridiculous. First of all I showed up for my appointment and I waited over an hour in my gown with my legs up in the exam room without being seen cause the ladies in front told dr. Pingle I was seeing someone else so I had to come out into the waiting area and remind them I was there!! Then, I needed a prescription and I have moved since the last time I saw the doc so I changed pharmacies. I specifically told the front desk to send my prescriptions to a certain pharmacy and delete the other one from their system and they said no problem... but they did the exact opposite and sent it somewhere I don’t go anymore that’s 15 miles away from my house. And then that pharmacy didn’t even have the script ready when I went there. I’m extremely disappointed with the disorganization And miscommunication these women have displayed. I’m very unhappy."

"Great Doctor...love her...very caring personality and is ready to listen once you have a concern. Delivered my baby girl 4 yrs ago and Im sticking around. She keeps it simple and is reassuring when I seem overly worried. The front desk staff consist of young people who always meet you with a pleasant smile...and is mostly professional. Overall great service!"

"Dr. Reddy is really a great doctor. She was so attentive and personal through out my pregnancy. She delivered my baby girl and handled both of us with so much care. Really glad I found her office and have been with her for years now!"

"Staff is very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Tried to reach the doctor about pap results and couldn't get them for a week. I switched clinics right away. Didn't feel like it was a comfortable environment either when I was in there. Every time I need a refill on my prescription it was always delayed. Or she was out of the office. Yes I missed 2 appointments but what about the doctor never being there in the office? And her rude and unprofessional staff? After reading other bad reviews I knew I wasn't the only one feeling this way."
