"I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Wang, but was referred to this individual. The day before my appointment, I was called and told my appointment was cancelled because the office agreed with the results of the bloodwork and that no services were needed. They refused to listen to me when I said I had other symptoms and needed to talk to somebody. Just to note: I was diagnosed in those notes, but nobody had gone over treatment options with me or explained to me what was going on. Previous offices have told me it was in my head even when ANA was positive. This was why I switched providers. Everybody has the right to a second opinion. Anyway, PCP called the office and the same thing was said to him, even though he pushed the referral. After all, he referred me in order to answer these questions about this autoimmune disease. Now, I have to wait for my PCP to help me get an appointment with UConn Rheumatology. Time was wasted. Staff did not listen. And now, I am still in pain and full of questions."

"I waited two months to see dr wang. I was disappointed that I did not see him but saw Shen. My arthritis has been bothering me since April and was hoping to get some help. After talking with her and doing some blood work I find out that I have osteoarthritis. I asked what I can do for this. She said they deal with joints. Maybe I could try cymbalta! Is there a doctor that deals with osteoarthritis? I’m so frustrated at this point. Guess I’m looking for a miracle cure. Sticking with Tylenol and ibuprofen."
