"I hate this place. I submitted a refill request when I ran out of cold sore medication last week and they made me make an appointment to get a refill. Fine, but now I got a cold sore while waiting for the appointment. I called them on Friday afternoon to see if there was anything they could do for me and they called in a refill to my pharmacy. I checked with the pharmacy at 5:30 and they said that they never got the order. This is just one of many flukes that this office has made. The practitioners are Hit or Miss but the call center system is extremely flawed. Every time I have to call this office so much of my time gets wasted and half the time the staff doesn't even do what they say they would do. Meaning I have to call back and waste more time."

"I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. Whenever I am there, it's never a hassle. Always quick, easy, and staff is friendly. I've been coming here for over 5 years and my doctor, Dr. Yoder, is a very good listener and gives detailed information about my medications. I love the fact that i feel heard. Having a panic disorder that is extremely soothing. I can honestly say I've never felt anxiety coming here. Sorry to those of you that has had anything less."

"Had a great experience transferring my child from out of state. The staff seated at the front for check in were very helpful and accommodating also the doctor was friendly and courteous. I was recommended by my neighbor who said he and his wife had a good experience. I had to see for myself as previous reviews were not as convincing. I do recommend this clinic and hope it continues to serve the community!"
