"The entire staff is always pleasant and kind from the moment you walk in you are greeted and checked in then once you are checked in you do not wait long before you are brought into a room and talk to one of the nurses who are always very respectful and kind then after they leave it takes less the a minute for doctor Roy to come in who listens to his patients address any concerns and helps his eliminate any fear you have by explaining everything to you and asking if you are comfortable with all of the information or if you would like him to talk it over with you again.
