"**UPDATE MY HUSBAND IS NOW DEAD** This office is terrible and useless. They have done absolutely nothing to help my husband with his major health issues and pain. They never return calls and all they do is refer him to another dr. Shanell Vance is rude and has done nothing to help my husband. I have seen her too and she was rude to me and just wanted to take me off my medications, which I need to live. She did the same for my husband, take him off his meds, which he needs because he is in constant pain. She told my husband to just take TYLENOL and do YOGA. He can barely move because of a botched surgery by Harrington 3 years ago! We are fed up with this horrible office and also the rest of Harrington Physician Services. They have ruined my husband’s life."

"Called to have a prescription sent over to CVS on a Monday. Called back on Thursday and it still hasn't been sent in. The quality of service is not what it used to be."

"I called my PCP Dr. Gelman Gennady on a Monday morning, regarding a kidney infection. It is now Thursday afternoon, and I have been waiting in the ER waiting room for over 3 hours. My "Doctor" refused to call in a prescription, wanted to send out more tests, have blood work done and chalked my symptoms up to covid. Should you have the misfortune of having this "doctor" as your PCP, please switch. Im fact, leave Harrington immediately. This is not a facility that you should put your trust in. Sadly, you may have to look towards Boston, as it seems having Umass take over, was an even worse decision. The care received by Gennady, Harrington, and Umass deserve a negative rating and should be forced to close."
