"HORRIBLE! Waited over a month-get to my appointment and the little girl says “oh I tried calling cuz today won’t work” what in gods name does that even mean. She NEVER left a voicemail and office manager Karen I mean “Judy” was half asleep and calling me a liar that she would never not leave a voicemail. Well think about it cheech- I wouldn’t be standing in the waiting room if I got a voicemail. Mind you- when they call it’s a different number that comes up- THAT I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE. Unreal. No voicemail left so why call it back? Brain dead workers there. Clearly you see where the unprofessionalism stems from. Then to top it off. My information was scanned into “someone with a similar name” and I was asked to confirm that other persons information. Guess HIPAA means nothing. Stay far far away from this place."

"I was a patient of different Baystate dental locations for over 20 years and had invasaline done at the Wilbraham location. I referred my husband and he was a patient for 3 years at Sturbridge and so was I. We established at another dental ( since we moved over 150 miles away) office and was referred to go elsewhere for wisdom teeth extractions from our current office. I called Baystate dental back for my husband to be established as a patient again First to get cleaning and X-ray and then to book the extractions. I told the receptionist while booking we were looking to have the extractions done . This is why we are doing the cleaning here. Fast forward my husband has the cleaning and now referred outside Baystate dental for the extraction. Mind you my husband already had one wisdom pulled at Baystate Dental. One wisdom tooth was filled previously and now needs to be extracted. I went back in to speak with the receptionist they said if the nerve was too close they wouldn’t do it and a bunch of other excuses. I know the west Springfield office has the 3D X-ray which can see the nerve location and they can do tricky extractions otherwise can go to Baystate medical . They pretty much had zero empathy. I felt like I was talking to a wall. I have to say this experience was extremely frustrating. I feel Baystate Dental is not what it once was it’s not a comprehensive location for dental needs. K.
