"I have always been generally happy with my experiences at Toyota of Colchester. I have purchased my last 3 Corollas here. When I was having a problem with the manager reaching a reasonable price the owner stepped in and settled the deal at a very fair price. My buying experience dates back 10 years though, so pre-pandemic, and can't speak about sales in recent years. Service is generally good, completed timely and when I have had any problems they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The Service Advisors are helpful, informative and pleasant. As an example, I had cancer this past year and was out of work for 6 weeks recovering from surgery, so in a tight place financially. When my tires needed to be replaced because they were worn, the Advisor informed me of their October sale of buy 3 tires get the 4th for a $1, which was helpful."

"Came out of McDolands today 12/21 and this guy was blocking the handicap ramps so I could not leave. I was told he was waiting for his food despite 4 open spots clearly labeled for that purpose. Guess the world revolve around those that drive your vehicles. Bad choice of people to represent your brand"

"Everyone is very helpful at Toyota of Colchester. I actually look forward to my appointments. I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and bring in my cute, little pup. The staff are always pleased to see my little dog. The other customers all seem to like her as well. Their prices are very fair as well."
