"I have three of my children. I recommend it. Very good daycare, educational, creative and the best thing is that I feel that they are in good hands, in a very safe environment. Highly recommended!"
"Disclaimer: I am speaking from my own experience. All comments and opinions are entirely my own. My husband and I enrolled our now 13 month old daughter here when she was 6, almost 7 months old. This was back in July/August of 2022. From the start, we were nervous about leaving her with anyone and worried she wouldn’t be given quality care. I am a first-time mom and enrolling her in daycare was such a tough decision for me to make, but we moved forward, looking at various daycares, comparing prices, going on tours, and meeting teachers. The day we called Three Little Bears daycare, we were invited to come in for a tour and to meet the director/owner, Alina Gutierrez. We were pleasantly surprised by what we saw and who we met. For context, I’d like to add that I had never met Alina before this interaction and I do not have a personal relationship with her outside of daycare. From what I have seen and experienced first-hand, Alina has been easy to communicate with. She’s always been friendly, approachable, and willing to accommodate and address any needs or issues I’ve had. I think we really found a great daycare and have had been fortunate enough to have a positive experience while my daughter has been enrolled at Three Little Bears Daycare. I absolutely love the use of the Procare app because I can see what my daughter is doing all day long: feedings, diaper changes, playing, napping, etc. and it’s easy, super fast way to communicate with her teachers. From the day we arrived, we loved the layout, the colors, the classroom sizes, all the toys and amenities that are available for the children, and last but not least, the teachers! My daughter is absolutely loved by the teachers at Three Little Bears and it is immaculate to witness. The teachers care for her and play with her and she’s always so happy when she’s there. It’s truly palpable. Even on the days where my daughter has been out sick, her teachers send messages to ask about her and see how she’s doing and tell us that they can’t wait for her to come back. It’s nice to know they think of her and miss her when she isn’t there. If you were like me—nervous, worried, and scared to leave your little one with someone outside of your family, please check out Three Little Bears Daycare. They put me at ease from the very beginning and assured me that my daughter would be well taken care of and I can honestly say that it feels so comfortable now. Packing my baby up with her stuff every morning, getting in the car, and driving to daycare is just a part of our daily routine now. We love feeling that level of comfort and that feeling of familiarity and peace that you’ve left your child in good hands. It’s all you can ask for as a parent."
"I really wanted to love this daycare so badly but the director/owner is absolutely unhinged! My first few months here were awesome and slowly but surely this place started to become a sinking ship and Alina’s (owner/director) true colors started to show, vibrantly. I held a meeting with her to voice my concerns and see what could be done about the issues that I was having, as any parent should do. She took my concerns so personally, that I made the decision to remove my son from the school due to her passive aggressive nature following my concerns within a week. This place is clearly in its infancy and has so much room for improvement. All the more reason the owner should be listening to the the parents and community she is serving. One thing that grinds my gears about this place is that the owner truly feels that she can play by her own rules. She does not abide nor follow her own handbook (only when it works in her favor). She will bend her own rules at the parents expense as long as it works in her favor. She served the parents with tuition increases on Feb 17th of this year and dated the paperwork effective Feb 1st….Three Little Bears is robbery at its finest. Tuition is almost a whopping $2,000 with nothing included/provided by the establishment. You can count on them to always be short staffed and out of ratio. I can’t even count how many times they’ve closed and I was responsible for finding alternate care outside of the care I already receive and pay for!!!!!! The school is aesthetically pleasing to the eye but so many ugly problems lurk behind those walls. I could no longer willingly give her my money while being disrespected and belittled over my concerns! Since when is it a crime to be your child’s advocate? I am also a young mom of 25 years old and she treated me as if I am remedial and have no educational background (which are both false). I wanted this to be a place my son could come back to when he’s older to volunteer and give back to kids of another generation. Being a parent is already hard, don’t make it harder on yourself by sending your child to Three Little Bears. Most of the staff is absolutely excellent, but the owner fails to check her attitude not realizing she is the face of her own business and will be the face of her own failures if she continues in this manner. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Most of the reviews listed below are from parents of children she knows and has known personally for some time. Don’t be fooled."
"I am a staff member here at Three Little Bears Daycare. I’ve been working here for a few months now and can honestly say what an amazing place. Since joining I’ve witnessed amazing staff that prioritizes quality care with education to all children. This is an inclusion based center with lots of room for growth career wise. The owner provides training to help one grown personally and as a team. Nothing but positivity"
"As a parent looking for a location to place your children for daycare it can be challenging and for myself I have never been in that scenario where I have ever needed care. I visited a few establishments and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my child in certain facilities based on what my daughters relationship with staff members looked like. My husband and I choose Three little bears daycare and our daughter has been there since the opening of this establishment and I have seen so much growth within my child’s development and also the care the staff gives daily has been great! There are always updates sent directly to my phone with photos, meal times, bathroom breaks, naps, daily curriculum. I love that I can send messages directly to the staff when needed and importantly how much care, support, and attentiveness everyone has. ***A bonus for Families in need of early drop off times for work, this facility opens at 6am and closes at 6!!! Alina the owner is great and very personable, I highly recommend."
