"I think the staff is overwhelmed by the amount of children they watch. There were several times my son came home with bruises, and nobody could tell me what happened. The last time, his elbows were dislocated. My mother had to bring him to the ER after picking him up. When I called to complain and ask what had happened, they suggested that my mother had done something to hurt my son. I asked them for a refund, and pulled my son from their program right away!"
"If you ask what my son's second family is, I can say in my heart "Work of Heart". He started when he was 18 months old. I’m a first time mom and I was scared to leave him anywhere with a stranger. I interviewed over 10 daycare programs. This place where I feel that we are at home. Air in the room was clean, everything nice and neat. Every room has windows and light is very good for kids. Each person in this daycare really nice, warm and friendly especially Ms.Emily. I am so proud of them and thankful to Ms.Andrea and her team . Education is great. I recommend ..."
