"Five hours after bringing my car in for service with an appointment, they tell me its three days to fix it. No loaners available so we are without a car for three days. I told them to give me my car back and they told me the next appointment to have it fixed would be in a month. If they kept it it would be fixed in three days, if I take it its a month. I was born at night but not last night! What ever happened to customer service, I will never go back there and will never buy another vehicle from this place again."
"I just bought the truck three weeks ago. A piece need to be replaced they ordered the part. I brought the truck in and the service rep at the desk “you have to wait” no a greeting or asked me why I was there. Another rep came over took my information then told me I needed to wait for the service manager. I talked to the service manager. I told him I found two other things that need repair truck has 1600 miles. He would take the information or look at the truck. A tech repair the piece in the parking lot. Service manger walks over now. We go inside and get the key. When I drive off I noticed all the scrape marks on the window shield. I bring the truck back after talking to Ford. No one from service said anything just the sales manager who was very nice. They also scratched to dashboard. Their service is horrible. More damage on the truck from them then they repaired. Never returning to them again for service Update: I called Carl back today. I offered him a chance to repair the damage to the vehicle, which he declined to accept. If you want to make this right you know where I live. Bring me a loaner vehicle equal to my truck and take mine and repair your damages. I will not return to your dealership and be disrespected by your service department."
"My car had a gas smell and it was towed there and while there the back up camera needed to be fixed. Not once did the service rep call me in 6 days! Not to say it arrived not to say when it would be assessed not to tell us a loaner car was ready for us to borrow not to tell us the car was ready!! We called them each and every time. They said they could not “replicate “ the smell so nothing can be done vs looking it over and supposedly the camera was fixed but when I backed up the first time after getting my car the camera was still not working and covered by a blue screen!! Still not fixed and I have calls into the dealer and I still have not heard from them"
"My experience going to Whaling City has been fair. Customer service is always courteous. My only dissatisfaction is at times when I bring my Lincoln for service, it is often forgotten to be washed & vacuumed when I'm called that it is ready. This is supposed to be a standard service for the vehicle. Which leaves me to wonder what else is neglected to be done without my knowledge after I leave the dealership."
"Quick, flexible, mostly professional. I drove down from RI to look at a 2011 Toyota 4runner. Mitch was pleasant, not pushy and helpful in moving the process along. We ended up buying a car from them. Mitch ensured that all the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. He also coordinated the car dropoff to a local mechanic where I had arranged a pre purchase inspection. So far so good. One small gripe: the rear view mirror was loose, and we had asked for that to be fixed in the final detailing. However, this was somehow missed and we only noticed after we had left the dealership. A small detail omitted, but overall, a good experience. I wouldn't mind going back to Whaling City if they have the right car in their inventory."
