"Just called today 5/24/21 because I wanted to schedule an appointment. I do consider this office my primary care facility to go to. And typically I always get great service when I call in. But today proved to be different. My goal was to ultimately get an appointment scheduled but I also had some questions before hand. When I started asking my questions for some reason the medical receptionist (Karen) did not give off a warm caring vibe. Her tone of voice was off putting and she didn’t seem to want to answer my question, nothing reassuring and comforting about the conversation at all. I guess he being admit about booking an appointment was in her mind the answer to my questions. She was very cut throat and snippy. And to make matters worse The phone call kept dropping and I didn’t understand why. But due to the dropped call, I had a to call back ,and when I did, I was speaking to someone else who I didn’t know was the office manager at the time. But I’m assuming when the call dropped, Karen and the office manager might have been gossiping/ talking trash about me because now when speaking with the office manager she immediately started speaking to me Like I was someone who was less than or even like someone she couldn’t be bothered with therefore rushing me to schedule an appointment. At this point I could not move forward in booking that appointment. The audacity of them two was beyond me.They both were backing each other’s rude and peculiar behavior. Unacceptable especially when working in the healthcare field."
