"Do not buy from this unprofessional company! Michael has lied from the start. They sent a package to the wrong address and told us to refuse it, and it would be sent back for refund. We ordered another one to the right address. We looked at our credit card statement and they charged us for a restocking fee and shipping after telling us to refuse shipping. If this wasn't bad enough now after installing the fan it stays engaged the whole time. Just to reply on your comment about plowing snow (we have a snow contract for the state and we use tandem dump trucks not pickups) The truck hasn't been used as you are stating."
