That's not how business is conducted. Taking care of the people you serve is more important than robbing them. Never once more! To exacerbate the situation, individuals become aware of the policy only after receiving the receipt. Helping people, not making money, is the main focus of most businesses these days. Your policy is to maximize profits at the expense of the people you are trying to help. it is detrimental to businesses."

"Grotesque any honestly horrible service, I tried retrieving a receipt from these guys for an insurance claim and I was met with rude and repulsive responses. Very unhelpful, they wouldn’t even do the courtesy of emailing the invoice, the service is horrible seeing that I was a previous customer and spent a lot of money on their used parts. If you buy anything from these guys, be sure to keep the receipt! I would recommend going getting your part from elsewhere; the quality of their product is not up to par and their customer service is inferior!!!!"

"Honest and friendly. Not intimidating like some places can be. They are willing to help you and try their best. The young lady at the front on the computer is very knowledgeable and George is always backing her up if she is not sure about something. The worker in the back was awesome."

"Awesome guys, I'm in Chicago I ordered from them for my Volvo 850 shifter and cable, overall the part was in good shape but the cupling on the shifter was broken which wasn't a huge deal since I only needed the cable, I explained it to them and they quickly responded with a credit towards my next order.
