"Poor customer service, the new crew members since lost from management to the technician, I was the first customer on a Monday morning 8 am drop my car the manager said by end of the day my truck would be ready . My truck wasn’t ready until Saturday 3pm of the same week so it took them 6 full days to fix a leak from the exhaust system which they identified on Monday and got the parts needed. The assistant manager told she didn’t know the complaint number for me to go find it on google. Wow what type a customer service is this like my money is not worth it…."
