"it seems every time I go to this place its all new people working there. I do not know why the big turnover . prices are decent and they usually have what I need. I did go their to get a bulb for my brake light on my 2017 Toyota. so i go in and tell this young man what I needed and the year, make and model of my truck and he turn his screen and ask which model????? so I repeated the year make and model and said its right outside. so he continues to look at his screen and comes back with a two pack of bulbs. i went home and did not change it for about two weeks and when I went to put the new bulb in guess what it was the wrong one. i could not find the receipt so I just decided not to go back to auto zone. I go to O'Reilly's that has always given me the part I need and also have put the part on or installed a battery when I bought one."

"On May 23 approximately 1:15 I went to Bristol AutoZone to attempt to return rear brake pads from AutoZone online. I'd mistakenly purchased the wrong ones. The Bristol employee carefully examined the pads and could see they were never even put on the car. Then the employee asked the shift supervisor about how to do a return from an online purchase. Supervisor said Absolutely Not!!! If they want to return them let them deal with the online store. The young employee said sorry and handed me back the pads. Which I then said, this is why I shop at Advance Auto. I won't be back!!!"
